1. Safety Policy
We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees, so far as is reasonably practicable, and recognize that the effective management of health and safety is an integral part of our overall business performance. We also fully accept our responsibility for other persons such as contractors and Users who may be affected by our Maintenance and construction activities.

We will:
• Ensure there is adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.
• Provide and maintain systems that are safe and without risk to health for:

✓ working conditions
• Implement safe practices and procedures in connection with the handling and use of hazardous substances.
• Ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their duties
• provide new recruits, and existing employees with

✓ instruction
✓ training and supervision
so, they can cope with the particular health and safety aspects and/or responsibilities associated with their job and place of work.
• Provide and maintain adequate facilities and arrangements to enable all employees and their representatives to raise issues of health and safety.
• Consult our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
• Provide adequate facilities and arrangements for employees’ welfare at work.
• Make regular safety inspections and set safety standards.
We will ensure that adequate time and finances are committed in pursuance of these aims and provide Competent Persons, including the use of experts as necessary.
Whilst the onus of Health and Safety falls primarily on Management, all employees have legal obligations to take all reasonable care to protect themselves and anyone else affected by their acts or duties.
EMPLOYEES MUST CO-OPERATE BY:
✓ Working safely and efficiently to approved methods
✓ Working with regard to the safety of themselves and others
✓ Adhering to the Company’s safety procedures and rules
✓ Reporting all accidents in the proper way and co-operating in the investigation of accidents and measures taken to prevent recurrence
✓ Reporting possible hazards, defects or dangers
The successful implementation of this policy requires total commitment of management and employees at all levels. This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed annually, and, updated in the light of legislative or organizational changes.
2. Quality Policy:
Al Amir Al Fani strives for high standards in all its operations. This policy document is a written commitment to continual improvement in quality. Al Amir Al Fani commitment is to ensure that the services, products and installations it provides, in the provision and delivery of Site Services and Civil Engineering Projects for the Construction and Maintenance Industry, satisfy their specified requirements, are delivered on time, and are defect-free. Al Amir Al Fani also ensures that these services follow all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including in respect of Health, Safety, Environmental and Ethical matters. Emphasis is placed on the experience, expertise, and capability of our staff, on the provision of services in a professional manner, and on ensuring the reliability, economy and suitability of the services, products and installations provided.
In particular Al Amir Al Fani shall:
✓ Implement and maintain our company standards to ISO Certificates requirements
✓ Constantly monitor, review and develop our Business Management System and company procedures in order to achieve continual improvement, suitability and effectiveness
✓ Set business objectives, as laid out in our Business Management System, and monitor the progress and achievement of these objectives
✓ Discuss quality issues regularly at the highest levels of the company
✓ Consult with employees on all aspects of their working environment
✓ Ensure that this Policy and our commitments are communicated to staff throughout our business and available upon request for interested parties
✓ Aim to exceed Client / Customer requirements
✓ Support a consistent approach in controlled conditions
✓ Ensure that the necessary information, work environment, training and resources are provided in order to improve customer experience and performance, and for the requirements of this policy to be implemented.
Staff, Suppliers, Subcontractors and Clients will be encouraged and monitored to adopt best practice, which will lead them to continually improve their and our performance. Employees, users and contractors are to fully support this Policy through their active participation and co-operation. The Management shall review this policy annually or following significant changes.
