Enrollment process

Thank you for your interest in our school. We invite you to explore our school community, and our website is the ideal starting point. To initiate the admission process, we encourage parents to 'apply now' by completing the online registration on the intended academic year through the school's website.

Admission procedures begin with the online registration form, which must be completed by the parents of the prospective students through the school’s website.

For the current academic year, applications will be reviewed, and if spaces are available, an assessment will be scheduled. If spaces are not available, the application will be reviewed and placed on a waiting list until spaces become available again, or, placed for the next academic year.

Applications are currently open for students in KG1 through Grade 3 for the upcoming academic year of 2024-2025.

Apply for Admission

To apply, please complete the online admissions form and attach all required documents.
Once we receive the application, a member of our admissions team will contact you

– Copy of Student and parents Emirates ID card (both sides)

– Copy of student valid passport

– Copy of parent’s valid passport

– Copy of birth certificate

– 4 passport size photos for student

– Copy of vaccination card

– Health report if available

– Rent and electricity bills

– Pervious year academic educational certificate

– School transfer certificate/letter

Once the student has been accepted, an email will be sent to the provided email addresses on the applications.

A one-time, non-refundable advanced registration fee of 2000 AED is mandatory to secure a place for the student. The registration fee will be adjusted against Term 1 fees.

If bus service is required, complete the Transport Application Form and then submit it to Transportation Email: Transport@wip.sch.ae.

Completed WIPS Admission and Registration Policy form

Completed WIPS Photo consent form

Completed WIPS application form.

WIPS recommendation form.

Specialist reports supporting the Learning Resources & Health Information section on the application (if applicable).”
